Refund policy
Credit purchases
Minimum top-up: USD 2.50. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Promotional credit is noncash and nonrefundable. There is no automatic discretionary customer refund promise.
Processing charges and exceptions
Failed pages are not charged as successful pages. Release of unused reserved credit is not a cash refund. Duplicate-payment corrections, legally required remedies and payment-provider disputes are reviewed separately. A request or reviewed status is not approval or provider settlement.
Request review
Use authenticated account support for a payment concern. Include the payment reference, not card details or document contents. Support availability depends on operator configuration. This policy states no unverified response deadline.
