Privacy policy
What this service records
The application records account and verification details, authenticated sessions, document and job metadata, credit and payment records, email delivery events and customer requests. Document processing stores source PDFs, page images and output files. Public intake and processing are not open in this candidate.
Purpose and access
These records support account access, document processing, billing, service messages, support and deletion review. Downloads are checked against the signed-in account and recorded expiry. Do not email document contents, passwords or payment details to support.
Document storage
Customer documents are stored privately in Cloudflare R2 in the United States.
Retention and deletion
New jobs default to 90 days of result retention at no additional charge. Before quoting, you can choose an integer from 1 to 90 days or keep the legacy 48-hour/30-day options. Expiry starts when results reach a terminal state and controls download access; maintenance queues expired files for removal. If you selected delete-after-receipt, confirm that you received the results and understand that this queues deletion of all source, rendered page and output files for the job; merely opening or downloading a link does not delete results. Unused uploads expire after 24 hours. Application deletion does not guarantee immediate erasure from backups; backup, account, billing and email record retention have not yet been finalized.
Your choices
Instant-delete jobs expire 24 hours after original completion if you do not confirm receipt or choose to keep them. Keeping results uses 1–90 days from original completion and cannot revive expired or deletion-pending files. Timed jobs may receive optional reminders at 7 days and 1 day before expiry only when the chosen period provides enough lead time. Use account email preferences for optional job updates and reminders, and the authenticated data-deletion-request form for review. A request is not an immediate deletion and does not erase financial records automatically. Essential security, verification and payment messages remain enabled.
Publication status
Before public customer intake, the operator must publish its legal identity, contact and applicable privacy rights, processing locations, actual service providers, legal basis and final record/backup retention. This candidate does not assert an unverified controller, jurisdiction or processor arrangement.
